SQL Server Standard

SQL Server delivers a rich set of integrated services that enable you to do more with your data such as query, search, synchronize, report, and analyze.
Faculty and staff of the University of Maryland College Park (UMD) only. Software can be installed on machines that are owned by the individual and must be used for work-related purposes only. Software must be uninstalled by the individual after they leave the University.
A license must be purchased for download access.

Faculty and staff that need to order a license can email order-slic@umd.edu from a DirectoryID@umd.edu email address with a software request.
- Put "Software Order" in the subject line.
- Include full name of product and number of licenses in the email.
- Provide the name and directoryID(username) of the individual receiving download access.
- Microsoft requires a minimum of 4 cores to be purchased per server being licensed.
A Software Licensing associate may call you to verify the information required to complete your order.
