SAS is a statistical package designed for data analysis and report generation. The product includes SAS/Base and SAS/STAT. SAS/Base is an all-purpose data management, retrieval, and report writing tool featured in a full-screen windowing facility.
NOTE: This product is for academic use. Those wishing to use SAS software for administrative use should look into an administrative license.
SAS 9.4 is for Faculty and Staff of the University of Maryland College Park (UMD) only. This can be installed on machines that are owned by the university or an individual.
Students can access SAS via SAS Viya or the UMD Virtual Desktop.
A license must be purchased for Faculty/Staff download access.
